General:
- All products supplied carry a one-year warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship.
Tubular Metal Roofs:
- All our tubular metal roofs are hot dipped zinc galvanised to ensure total protection against rust. All tubular metal roof structures carry a ten-year warranty against structural failure due to rust.
Timber Roofs, Poles and Furniture:
- All timber products supplied carry a ten year warranty against wood decay.
- All timbers products supplied are pressure treated with Tanalith `E` wood preservative to ensure maximum weather protection. Tanalith E is the leading wood treatment available in the UK.
Guarantee Exclusions:
- Damage caused by exceptional weather conditions.
- Minor cracking or splitting of timber after installation.
- Movement and shrinkage of principle framework.
- Damage due to alteration in design or use of the structure beyond its original design and manufacture.
- Neglect of basic recommended maintenance.
