Further InformationThe Zanta 4.2m Circular Roof Hot Tub Rustic Pine Canopy Kit Comprises:
African Cape Reed Thatch Roof:
A combination of standard, heavy and extra heavy thatch tiles plus a top cone to completely cover the roof. Each thatch tile has a series of clips bound into the top of the tile. The thatch tiles are simply clipped onto the 8mm tubular bars which are integrated on the outside of the roof frame.

Roof Frame:
The thatch tiles are supported by a lightweight roof frame. The roof frame (supplied in 4 sections) consists of a series of 8mm tubular bars running at 320mm (12.5`) intervals. The bars are positioned so that each tile has a 100mm (4`) uniform overlap. The tiles are installed in layered courses starting from the bottom. The roof frame is professionally zinc plated in the UK and is guaranteed for 10 years against structural failure. The roof frame is additionally coated in a sand colour to perfectly blend in with the African cape reed thatch tiles. The frame is virtually invisible from underneath and all the thatch tiles are clearly visible from the inside.
Rustic Pine Timber Poles:
The hot tub canopy roof frame is supported by 4 x 2.4m x 125mm (7`10.5" x 5") rustic pine timber poles. The rustic pine timber poles are vacuum treated with Tanalith E wood preservative to ensure maximum weather and rot protection.(10 year guarantee against wood decay) Additionally all the rustic pine timber poles are pre treated with a cuprinol `golden brown` wood treatment preservative.

Fixtures & Fittings:
The timber poles are connected to the roof frame using specially engineered 125mm (5`) heavy duty zinc plated roof brackets. The hot tub canopy kit is supplied with all the necessary fixing required to fully assemble the structure.
Installation:
The hot tub canopy kits can be fully assembled in a matter of hours using only a cordless screwdriver and a hammer. Ideally the supporting timber poles should be concreted into the ground to securely support the canopy. If you intend to add your own infill panels then concreting the poles into the ground may not be neccessary. Please contact us for advice regarding different construction methods. Full user instructions are supplied with each canopy kit.
With their 4 pole configuration, the hot tub canopy kits allow more internal space to accomodate a round or square hot tub or spa.
The hot tub canopy kits are ideal for those wishing to construct a thatched canopy over a hot tub or spa on a timber deck, paving or a concrete base. Additionally many customers add their own bespoke infill panels or trellis sections. Alternatively once the hot tub canopy kit is installed you can add your own timber decking, paving or concrete base in and around the structure.
