African Cape Reed Thatch Roof:
A combination of standard, heavy and extra heavy thatch tiles plus a top cone to completely cover the roof. Each thatch tile has a series of clips bound into the top of the tile. The thatch tiles are simply clipped onto the 8mm tubular bars which are integrated on the outside of the roof frame.

Roof Frame:
The thatch tiles are supported by a lightweight roof frame. The roof frame (supplied in 4 sections) consists of a series of 8mm tubular bars running at 320mm (12.5`) intervals. The bars are positioned so that each tile has a 100mm (4`) uniform overlap. The tiles are installed in layered courses starting from the bottom. The roof frame is professionally zinc plated in the UK and is guaranteed for 10 years against structural failure. The roof frame is additionally coated in a sand colour to perfectly blend in with the African cape reed thatch tiles. The frame is virtually invisible from underneath and all the thatch tiles are clearly visible from the inside.
Rustic Pine Timber Poles:
The hot tub gazebo roof frame is supported by 4 x 2.4m x 125mm (7`10.5" x 5") rustic pine timber poles. The rustic pine timber poles are vacuum treated with Tanalith E wood preservative to ensure maximum weather and rot protection.(10 year guarantee against wood decay) Additionally all the rustic pine timber poles are pre treated with a cuprinol `golden brown` wood treatment preservative.
Rustic Pine Timber Ringbeam Headrails:
The hot tub gazebo kit is supplied with 4 x 75mm x 75mm (3` x 3`) rustic pine timber headrails. This headrail runs around the top of each structure interlocking with each individual pole. Each pole is professionally routed (both sides) at the correct depth and angle to allow the head rails to simply slot into position and form a ringbeam around the top of the structure. The purpose of this ring beam head rail is to enable the fixing and use of the optional canvas side panels.
Rustic Pine Ballustrading Sections:
The hot tub gazebo kit is supplied with 3 sets of rustic pine ballustrading sections. One side is left completely open for the entrance to the structure. The ballustrading sections are pre manufactured in our workshops and are designed to slot straight into the pre routed rustic timber poles.

Fixtures & Fittings:
The timber poles are connected to the roof frame via specially engineered 125mm (5`) heavy duty zinc plated metal brackets. The gazebo kit is supplied with all the necessary brackets, fixings and detailed user instructions.
Installation:
The gazebo kits can be fully assembled in a matter of hours using only a cordless screwdriver and a hammer. The gazebo poles are pre routed to accept both the timber ringbeam headrails and the pre made balustrading sections. No sawing or cutting is neccessary. Instalaltion is simply a matter of slotting the various components together.
Full user instructions are supplied with each gazebo kit.
With their 4 pole configuration, the hot tub gazebo kits allow more internal space to accomodate a round or square hot tub or spa.
The hot tub gazebo kits are ideal for those wishing to construct a thatched gazebo over a hot tub or spa on a timber deck, paving or a concrete base. Alternatively once the hot tub gazebo kit is installed you can add your own timber decking, paving or concrete base in and around the structure.
